We offer two distinctive building systems: Post & Beam and Panels-Plus
Shell Packages, or combinations of both to customize a building
to its exact needs.
Finishing Packages
Normerica compliments its Shell Packages by offering two price levels
of Finishing Packages:
Quality Finishing Package
The economy of MDF colonial trims and the convenience of pre-hung
prime colonial molded doors in combination with hardware, stairs,
pressure treated decks and railings, provide economy in the selection
of necessary finishing materials.
Premium Finishing Package
Beautiful stain grade pine trims and pre-hung solid pine doors
in combination with upgraded hardware, pine stairs, cedar decks
and colonial railings offer premium quality with the convenience
and value of pre-selected finishing materials.
Finishing Options
Normerica also offers a choice of kitchen cabinets, pre-finished
hardwood flooring, zero clearance fireplaces, a large choice of
exterior finishes and the ability to modify the contents of either
the Quality or Premium Finishing Package.
Unless you're a professional builder, we think you'll be very surprised
to learn of all the often unnoticed but very important things that
go into our material packages.
We include all these things because we want to make sure your builder
uses the right materials to construct your Normerica home. Many
of these items you will never see once the project is complete.
Yet together they play an important part in measuring the quality
of your home. And when it comes to quality, we accept no substitutes.
