The Carleton

The 1,740 sq.ft. three bedroom Carleton which does not include the basement, brings together post & beam construction and structural wall panel wings to offer open concept living while maintaining those important private areas. A formal entry with closet and powder room opens to a large hall between the kitchen/dining room wing and the great room.

The expansive great room features a soaring cathedral ceiling and a virtual wall of glass crowned with our classic fiddlehead window. The main floor also includes a private master bedroom suite with a walk-in closet. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a bathroom while the basement if finished is designed to include a large games room, two more bedrooms and a full bathroom complete with sauna. This increases the Carleton by 1,344 sq.ft, providing a total house size of 3,084 sq.ft.
