Design Portfolio - The Balsam
The 1,109 sq.ft. Balsam is the classic "old fashioned" cottage including an open concept, cathedral ceiling, post & beam center core with the two wings built using our energy efficient wall panel system. These wings offer a convenient kitchen and dining area as well as two main floor bedrooms while the four foot knee wall on the second floor provides for a spacious loft. All in all the perfect compact country retreat.
